DrCat Shrier is the Founder & CEO of WaterCitizen.Org, a leadership development nonprofit that transforms diverse water professionals and entrepreneurs into industry and societal changemakers. In 2012 - after 20 years working on the adoption of innovative water solutions with environmental consulting firms, water agencies and research institutes - DrCat launched WaterCitizen, which has become a champion for Water Professionals and Entrepreneurs. 

She produces WaterPitch! The Water Startup Matching Extravaganza - a Startup-Centric, high-energy, high-engagement event connecting entrepreneurs with investors, funders & clients. As a Certified Mastermind Facilitator, she also facilitates WaterCitizen's League of Extraordinary Women Of Water Mastermind and other Mastermind Programs, and leads courses including the Virtual Water Entrepreneurship Lab, developing Water Leaders.
