President, CEO, And Co-Founder, OXbyEL Technologies Ed Ricci has over 35 years of experience in environmental consulting- growing and managing environmental service lines, large strategic accounts and overall nationwide environmental business including 22 years as SVP at Brown and Caldwell.

As President and CEO, Ed brings over 35 years of executive level leadership to OXbyEL. His background includes marketing, business development, strategic sales initiatives, personnel management, organizational structuring, and operations management.
Prior to OXbyEL, Ed was SVP and leader of a nationwide Consultancy’s Environmental Services business where he grew and managed a $100M practice for 22 years. He specialized in business growth and leadership, and in the technical areas of groundwater contamination, Superfund/ RCRA, industrial water, and regulatory permitting and compliance. Ed met co-Founder Dr. Legzdins when they were both consulting on wastewater treatment plant performance at an oil and gas refinery. Based on their combined passion around eliminating pollutants in water and wastewater, OXbyEL Technologies was formed.
Ed received his M.S. from Iowa State University in Water Resources and B.S. from Virginia Tech in Forestry and Wildlife.
