Since 1995, WaterStep has equipped people how to use their sustainable safe water solutions in over 70 developing countries and in disaster response.

Mark Hogg is the Founder and CEO of nonprofit WaterStep, a global leader in safe water technology and innovation. WaterStep develops, manufactures and implements much of its own equipment that is easy to operate, affordable, sustainable and efficient.
The WOWCart(WaterOnWheels) is putting the capability of providing large amounts of safe water and disinfectant into the hands of disaster workers on site.

The WaterStep team proves ordinary people can work in their own communities to advance safe water, sanitation and hygiene solutions. The result from their passion to make a difference is stronger communities, safer health care facilities, and dramatic decreases in school attendance.

Living in Louisville, KY, he enjoys time with the four women in his life: his wife, Marcia; his daughter, Ariquonicaa; his granddaughter, Isabella; and his great granddaughter, Magnolia. Carpentry, walks with Rozz (his Blue Tick Coonhound), and a good book are savored luxuries.
