About this speaker
VWM has developed measurement devices for fully automated microbiological online monitoring. The measurement devices named ColiMinder™ are capable of measuring the microbiological contamination level of water for different target organisms, through their specific enzymatic activity. The measurement is performed fully automated and the measurement time of 15 minutes is followed by a 15 min self-cleaning cycle.
The following microbiological measurement parameters are available:
• Total Bacteria (ALP - Alkaline Phosphatase Activity)
• E. coli (Beta-Glucuronidase Activity)
• E. coli - saline water
• Enterococcus (Beta-D Glucosidase Activity)
• Enterococcus - saline water
Additional microbiological parameters are under development.
